This policy explains what we collect through brandempire.club and what we do with it. Brand Empire Club is responsible for this data. Reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you apply, we receive what you enter in the form:

• your name and email
• a link to your profile or site, if you add one
• what you sell, your price range, new clients per month and follower count
• why you are applying now, if you tell us
• how you reached us: the link or campaign tag you used, the site that sent you, and where you say you found us

When you ask for The Empire Agent, we receive your email, whether you opted in to our emails, and which link brought you here. Your browser remembers that you already have the agent.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. The form keeps your answers in your browser until you send them, and your name and email until you close the tab, so you do not lose them if you step away.

Why we use it

We use your application to review it and to reply. We keep track of where it stands, such as replied or call booked. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a mailing list because you applied.

We use your Empire Agent email to give you access and to count who asked. We send marketing emails only if you tick the box, and every email lets you leave. The legal basis for those emails is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

A simple automatic label, based on your price, client and follower answers, helps us sort applications. A person reads every application and makes the decision.

We use how you reached us to see which content brings applications. That is our legitimate interest in running the site.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the form.
• Telegram delivers the application to our team.

These providers may process data outside the EU under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep an application for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it. If we start working together, we keep what the agreement and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Lithuania, that is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
